Overall, our experience did not fully meet expectations, particularly considering the price point.
After our first night, housekeeping service on the second day was not carried out in a timely or satisfactory manner. The room was not cleaned until 5:30 pm, which caused significant inconvenience, especially as we were travelling with children. As mentioned previously, on the first day we also had to call twice before housekeeping arrived in the late afternoon.
In addition, the washbasin drained very slowly, and the general cleanliness of the room was below standard. The room also felt smaller than the advertised 45 square metres.
We found the computer-controlled lighting and electrical system difficult to use, and there were no clear instructions or signage provided. While housekeeping service was more punctual on subsequent days, the overall impression was that the hotel facilities are dated and not as clean or well-maintained as expected.
That said, we would like to particularly commend the concierge team, who were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. Their service was a highlight of our stay.
Unfortunately, due to the overall condition of the hotel, limited nearby dining options, and the inconvenience of travelling with children, we do not feel the hotel offers good value for money. Front desk service was also less satisfactory than expected.
