We had a pleasant enough stay.
Hotel is very large and very little English is spoken. Check in had to be done at a computer terminal despite staff being at the reception desk. It wasn't a friendly start nor did we feel very welcome. Our room was fine, everything was clean and comfortable, it's nice there is a small convience store in the lobby. While there is a shuttle to Disney, the first bus doesn’t leave till 6.45am, which is quite late if you want to be in the front of the line at Disneyland and way too late if you want to be in front at Disney Sea. The public bath on the top floor was a nice experience but I wish they had an English flyer explaining how the Japanese use these.
Having a washer/dryer, ice/water machine and microwave on each floor was very helpful.
