From the moment we arrive to the time we left Ugo and Josefina were extremely kind and helpful. There is no elevator so they carried our luggage up and down stairs for us even though we tried to take it ourselves. They had a very nice breakfast that was hand cooked and served by Ugo. It’s an easy walk to restaurants, shopping and the cruise port although Ugo did drive us the two blocks to the cruise port. I recommend the airport pick up because the B&B might be very difficult to find on your own. We are staying here again for two nights after our cruise and we are looking forward to it.

Fuori Dal Poroto
The bedroom itself was pretty clean. There was a pile of dirt at the foot of the bed that has not been picked up. The bed was comfortable, however, there was a large amount of black mold in the shower, and only in the shower. That did not make us feel great, but it was a quick shower in the morning. The location was perfect for a one-night stay. Within walking distance to many restaurants. When we booked the room, we were told breakfast was included. Then we received an email that breakfast would not be included but they would give us a credit slip at a local shop for breakfast. When we arrived, they said no breakfast and no discount in our rate. We received check-in instructions via email and no person was available at check-in. The manager did knock on our door around 10:30 pm to make sure we were checked in. It was also a short walk to the area where you catch the bus to the cruise ships. In spite of the shower situation, it was perfect, and we would stay there again if leaving from that port.

Only issue was the stairs. I was told my room was on the second floor but apparently, that didn’t include the ground floor when counting floors so it was really the third floor and had to carry luggage up two flights of stairs. Not fun after traveling for 24 hrs. I will say the self check in directions were very easy to follow.

This review is totally about the service provided! Unfortunately the day before we arrived the toilets backed up and they had to shut the rooms down. But he arranged alternate accomodation, he still picked us up at the airport, and he delivered us to the cruise terminal the following day.
