"Everything was great except for the up-selling options to check in before 3pm. When did this start? Is this a particular Scandinavian way of operating. We arrived at 1:30 pm and we’re certain our room was ready as this hotel specifically caters to early morning flight guests who typically are out by 5:00 am.
