The view is not perfect because it’s in front of a terminal and a wholesale food market, but still is great. The light buttons could have smarter combinations. It could definitely have more storage with drawers. That was a big miss. Unforced error. If this was right I would give a solid 5 stars. Overall very happy with it.

The staff were exceptionally nice and professional—when I asked to extend my checkout, they kindly accommodated my request free of charge, which was much appreciated. It was better than I expected and the staff was great. Furniture is run down...and the bathroom had an unpleasant sewage smell. BUT overall it was pleasant and there is a supermarket right next door, and HKU station is 5 minutes away.

Overall, the hotel is really nice. Rooms are spacious and well furnished and the beds are very comfy. No issues during our stay whatsoever and the location is pretty good too. Close to a lot of coffee shops and food places nearby. The only thing I wish the room had is a decent sized mirror in the room whilst getting ready.

Pleasant stay.

Nice room, great shower, friendly staff and with lots of food outlets nearby. Also easy tram or metro options to get around. The only small negative was that the air con was very loud even on the lowest setting and despite setting higher or lower temperatures, only seemed to set the room to 22C, which was just about okay for me.
