O hotel tem tudo para ser super gostoso! Porém falta um pouco de cuidado de maneira geral. O quarto estava limpo, mas tive a impressão de ser mt fechado, por isso tinha cheiro de bolor. alguns cuidados que faltam me chamaram a atenção (cobertas escuras, não consegui saber se realmente estavam limpas) tomadas para arrumar, etc. Piscinas simples mas gostosas. Piscina que nao era aquecida super bonita. Na area do redario não tinha luz a noite. A academia precisa de uma atenção especial, poucos equipamentos ( isso nao seria um problema) mas eram poucos e em pessimo estado, esteiras não estavam em condição de uso. Ver os animais é legal. A comida apesar de ser só buffet livre estava muito gostosa e bem feita, variadade e cada uma com seu gosto. café da manhã igual, muita variedade e bem gostoso mesmo, um dos melhores que comi nos ultimos tempos. O atendimento das meninas da recepção tambem foi bom, educudas, queridas e prestativas. campo de golf pode ser um bonus para quem gosta

Esperava um pouco mais do Chalé Luxo, alguns equipamentos antigos, TV fora de posicionamento com a cama e alguns resquícios de sujeira no banheiro, como pasta de dente na pia e cabelo no box. As instalações do hotel em geral são boas, porém requer alguma manutenção em sala de jogos, massagem, etc. O ponto forte foi o restaurante. Comida de extrema qualidade, muito bem preparada, com alimentos frescos e ótimo atendimento de toda a equipe.

O lugar é uma delícia pra descansar , tem 3 piscinas e 2 delas são aquecidas O café da manhã é MARAVILHOSO tudo uma delícia, o jantar também tudo estava muito bom Saímos de lá já querendo voltar O único ponto negativo foi o chuveiro do nosso quarto que era difícil de regular ( ou a estava fervendo ou gelado ) e como o box é muito pequeno acaba molhando boa parte do banheiro , mas nada que deixe a estadia não valer a pena

A estadia foi razoavel sem poder usufruir totalmente do proposto que inclusive não é nenhum valor desconsideravel, visto que as piscinas que deveriam ser aquecidas (ja que a região em si não é de muito calor) estavam apenas com o gelo quebrado... estavam frias... ja a banheira de hidromassagem que fica junto com a piscina fechada estava bem suja... isso em horario das 10hrs que tinha acabado de abrir pra uso. A limpeza do quarto tambem gerou bastante incomodo... tendo horario no informativo de que ocorreria até as 15h30... passei praticamente o dia todo fora do quarto para que ocorrece a limpeza retornei por volta das 15h20 e o quarto continuava sem a limpeza... então uma senhora da limpeza disse que fariam a limpeza até as 19h00.... como asssim ter que passar dia inteiro fora do quarto aguardando a limpeza... enfim a mesma so foi efetuada perto das 16h30 e eu que tinha acabado de retornar ao quarto... tive que sair novamente pra poderem realizar a limpeza. Outro ponto negativo foi em relação as bebidas do restaurante na maioria quentes, convenhamos tomar bebida quente é horrivel. Enfim espero que possam melhorar, afinal fui passar o ano novo e nem algo diferente relacionado a data o hotel ofereceu.
