Only issue I would have is parking and access. . The site rises to the rear, both to the parking and the outside buildings. excellent breakfast, excellent evening meal staff very helpful sorting out a taxi for us, the room was warm due to heatwave so needed to keep windows open so we did notice some noise from the kitchen fans but this could not be helped. Very good car parking. Overall an excellent 2 day visit and would highly recommend.
Lovely little place. Very quite also. Wish the pub was open for drinks at any time but but not your typical pub. Food there was lovely though! Especially the sea bass.

Had a couple of nights here recently , very hard to fault , lovely room [4 ] but roadside , dined in the restaurant area both nights on the beat the clock menu , good food at a low price !. Breakfast was good and a bonus was sat in the dining room with the stunning views :)
We travelled from Bournemouth to attend a family wedding and booked for 2 nights. The accommodation was first class and very spacious. We enjoyed an excellent dinner in the restaurant. The service and attention shown by all the staff was to the highest standard and we have no negative comments/criticism to make, whatsoever. The hotel was very busy with other parties and a wedding but we were always treated as important guests in our own right. It would be a pleasure to stay there again....

This cottage was beautiful clean comfortable and quiet I would recommend it to everyone did not want to get up in the morning the bed was so comfortable if you want a truly peaceful break with beautiful scenery this is the place to be
Absolutely lovely place. A really stylish and comfortable room with everything you could want. Easy to park. Staff were fantastic at every stage. If you stay book to eat- food is amazing and VERY coeliac friendly. 100% recommend. I stayed for business but will absolutely return for pleasure

It's a nice pub that is part of the Thwaites chain. Menu doesn't cater well for Vegetarians and not at all for Vegans. Disappointing to see them burning coal on the fire in July, really thoughtless.
