We had a wonderful stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi area was well organized. Guests are given a private 2-hour time slot, which you schedule at the front desk. They also have music, making it a great place to unwind. One thing that really stood out was the excellent customer service. My husband accidentally left our passports behind when we checked out. We were very worried, but the staff found them, kept them safe, and returned them to us when we called and came back. We are very grateful for their honesty and kindness. The location is also excellent, with everything close by, including the Malecon. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean.the bed was comfortable. You can hear the church there is a lot of restaurants nearby decently priced. The malecon is nice and close.you get fireworks every night at 9 o’clock. there is a oxo right next to the hotel. I have stayed there for 28 days. It was a nice stay. Would go back

Love the old vallarata charm and the view is absolutely incredible. At first i was hoping there was air conditioning, but just that little change in elevation makes it perfect, plus having a corner room gives you a view over the city to the north.

Location is prime 2 minute walk from the Malecón. Staff is super friendly and the entire hotel is very clean. It can get a bit loud because of the live music that the play outside of the hotel but it was tolerable. Overall I would recommend.
