When we entered the room, we noticed that the toilet was already clogged up from before. Imagine walking into a hotel room, only to be met with an already clogged up, and a semi-clean room. We requested a room change, and they denied our request. To their credit, a plumber came in later to unclog the toilet, but we were already very disgusted. The standards at this place are very low, and everything in that room felt filthy. The pillows on the couch had numerous disgusting unknown stains on them. We will definitely NOT be going back to this place ever again.

O apartamento é ótimo, muito bem localizado, próximo do metrô Eucaliptos, próximo ao shopping Ibirapuera e a 3 km do aeroporto de Congonhas. Nas redondezas tem uma unidade do Pão de Açúcar, além de bares e restaurantes. Não gostei do check-in, achei complicado, sou bem fraco com tecnologia. Também fiquei chateado porque pedi que alguém fosse no apartamento consertar a máquina de café, que não funcionava e, apesar da promessa, ninguém apareceu e nem deu satisfação.
