My wife and I have stayed in this hotel several times over the years and after 5 years or so we find it unchanged in the positive sense. Very accommodating staff, and all the services very accessible. We stayed on the 18th floor which has access to the upstairs lounge. All very nice.

Ive stayed in some expensive hotels in Santiago, but for quality and location, I would choose this over the more expensive ones.
The view from top floor is amazing. Only downside is pools are like large baths. Not big if you like your 'length swimming'.

We started here three times and felt as if we were coming home each time. The staff were great and made every effort including booking taxis and helping get our preferred room choice. My only compliant is so small - but, as a vegetarian I was unable to enjoy their apparently delicious scrambled eggs as they were put in the same container as the meat. I have not encountered this anywhere else so mentioning it in the hope it might get changed for others.

Excellent hotel, staff were really helpful and arranged early check in as we arrived at 10am after a 14 hr flight. Breakfast is superb, gym is a little limited space wise but has everything needed for basic workouts.
Vitacura area is a 15minute walk away and has plenty of good restaurants, bars and a Duo supermarket for those all important Chilean wines to bring home
