"This was the second time in a month staying here and the experience was the same. The staff were professional and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel lobby, breakfast area and restaurant were clean and well maintained. The restaurant was busy and the staff were friendly and well organized. The food served was very good and served within a reasonable time. We will be back."

"The junior suite room was really great. We had a corner room with lots of windows and views of the square. The room was spacious, with a nice sitting area and separate desk area. Great relaxing ambiance. While we were just two people on this stay, we have two kids and I think this room would work well for a family, since the sofa converts to a queen bed, and the room would still have plenty of space with it opened."

"Property is just a 3 minute walk to the subway, check in was quick and easy, the wonderful young lady that checked us in was extremely helpful in directing us to attractions and dining. Easy to get downtown on the subway or only a 20-30 minute walk which is filled with things to see, shop and eat. The Pelikan restaurant is close and a must for dining. The hostess that greeted us for breakfast each day was a ray of sunshine, giving a great start to the day. The breakfast option on the reservation is a must as the breakfast was amazing."
