The hotel has lots of potential but could use some upgrades. Room Key was used multiple times with peeling paper. Unfortunately, there is major construction going on. I had people literally 2 feet away from my window on the 5th floor. Rooms will be looking directly at a building when that one on the side of the property is completed. There is another large building being built across the street that obstructs the ocean view. The room had no bait water in the morning, sink drain was slow and the bathtub did not have a stopper to make it useful (not that I wanted to use it)

I booked a “balcony” room, and the balcony was literally touching construction, and my window view was completely blocked. The space of the room itself was nice, but both the rooms and the hallways were pretty dark and uninspiring. I don’t like leaving bad reviews because overall the staff was kind, the place was affordable, and it was walking distance to everything we needed. But I have stayed in more charming places… So overall it is not the best, but not the worst place to be. And I understand the construction is not their fault, but I would compensate for the situation somehow…

Quarto ótimo e espasoço. O problema foi uma obra de um prédio que esta na lateral do hotel... O atendente ja deveria ficar atento no check in para acomodar as pessoas no lado oposto, foi preciso no segundo dia eu me manifestar para ser trocado de quarto. A localização é excelente mas penso que este problema da obra deva ser pontual e com os dias contados.

Des travaux aux fenêtres, du bruit de 7h le matin à 22h 23h même le samedi. Des fourmis dans la chambre, j’ai du nettoyer toute ma trousse de toilette qui en était infesté. J’ai boucher le trou depuis où elle sortais avec du dentifrice. J’ai vu ces même fourmis dans certains plats du petit déjeuner. Un des ascenseurs qui note « out of service » mais qui est utilisation, pas très rassurant. Séjour catastrophique.

I wish we stayed here an extra few days, but our trip was planned on a schedule. We had spacious rooms, the staff were extremely helpful. They greeted us with helpful maps of the area, information on recommended businesses, restaurants, and activities. They also arranged for our car ride to the Da Nang train station. This was a great experience, and my family had a memorable stay, while it was only for a short while.

Wonderful Stay at JBAY Beachfront Boutique Hotel My partner and I had an exceptional experience at JBAY Beachfront Boutique Hotel. The hotel was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and communicative, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the great airport shuttle service, which was very convenient for our early morning flight. There was a small surcharge fee, but it was well worth it for the ease and reliability of the service. The hotel’s breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. The staff was flexible and accommodating, especially when they helped us get to the airport around 4:00 AM for our early flight. It was a big help, and we really appreciated their attentiveness. The location is fantastic—within walking distance to some amazing food spots and just a short distance to My Khe Beach. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place.

It’s totally understandable to have a massive construction in front of the hotel and not to inform guests about this challenging situation. It’s so noisy that you can’t rest as they work 24/7 a week, never stop. Why do I pay a premium rate for sea view which is in fact the premium view on this construction. Be warned! Don’t go there. It’s a total loss of money, time and energy.

There is high rise now under construction in front of the property with cranes and heavy equipment operated 24hours a day. As construction continues the beach view will disappear. I had an absolutely amazing time staying at JBAY hotel. The staff were attentive, kind and welcoming. I especially want to say that Mai was an amazing host who took the time to answer my questions and suggest many beautiful places to visit. She made my stay even better! The hotel’s location is very convenient and a one minute walk from the beach. The breakfast is amazing for the price and the rooms are extremely large With everything you need. However, there isn’t a phone in the room but I had no problem with this. I think it’s because it’s a new hotel. The next time I stay in Danang, I will stay at this hotel for sure. Thank you so much for your hospitality ❤️

Despite the name, the hotel is not beachfront, but just one street over from the beach. If you book the higher floors, their ocean view rooms are very nice. However, the plat of land in front is under construction, in a couple years, there may not be any ocean views left from this hotel. In any case, for the price, you cannot beat J-BAY. The rooms are quite large, comfortable, and clean. You can just walk right to the beach in 2 minutes. During my stay, I booked room 602 ocean view, but there was a lingering sewer odor smell in the room that I finally moved to another interior room (which was perfectly fine but without the smell and no view). My friend also booked room 702 directly above mine, which was fine the first day or so but by the second day the sewer odor also seeped up. This was very unfortunate because the view from these rooms was so beautiful.

Great location - right on the Danang Beach. Spectacular view from the balcony and reflection of the ocean view in the mirror facing to the balcony. Super clean. 45sqm is quite spacious. Love the rooftop pool. Just be careful it’s slippery and dangerous when the floor is wet at the pool.

The property seemed very clean and well kept from the reviews and pictures. However, the room was quite unclean when I entered. The bed still had stains and the floor had crumbs everywhere. Housekeeping missed my room for one night even though I had requested it on the light by the doorbell. There was also plumbing noise from the rain which was very loud during the night time. However, the staff was nice and accommodating and the location was decent.
