"Superb Food Options in the Hotel from 6:30am til 10pm+. No tipping required ! 24 hour 7-11 right across the alley for any basic needs. Swimming Pool, Big fitness gym for Hong Kong. Friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location close to everything in Tsim Tsa Tsui. Most places just a cheap taxi ride away for $3.75usd no tipping needed unlike the USA. "This was my 5th stay in the last 12 months. The property itself is ok (a little old and tired) but the staff is wonderful. This is especially true of the housekeeping and the concierge/porter. My man, Alex, at the concierge deserves a special mention. He is always cheerful, friendly and helpful. The location is great as well. Restaurants, convenience stores within short distances. Subway, train stations and buses so close. But I will always return because of their people."
