Good location but no housekeeping

To be noted that there is really no housekeeping! We stayed 6 nights and the room hadn’t been made a single time (despite us asking). Also breakfast is not included. There is a cafe in the lobby but you need to pay. On the positive, very good location. The hotel/room was in a good condition.

My stay at Sonder The Henry was great. Fabulous location. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was very clean and served my purposes perfectly. The only change I would recommend is a plug in the bathroom for the hairdryer. There was a plug, but it had warning sign that it was only for shavers. I would definitely stay here again.

My only concern was the room where we stayed at in the building was located by or on the side where the train tracks were, it was pretty noisy whenever the trains passed by. We were given ear plugs and white noise machine but they didn’t help much.

A modern hotel - a lot of admin stuff is done via the Sonder app. A decent hotel with nice stuff! It’s located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood that isn’t too far away from London’s popular spots. However, it would be good if there were more toiletries provided - bedroom slippers would be nice, given that this a 4-star hotel.

A Safe and secure hotel. Great location for easy Uber pick ups and within walking distance to cafes, bars, restaurants and quick pick businesses for drinks and snacks. Very comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. Would stay there again if my wife and I return to London.
