I checked in and went to the room turned the tv on and it had no signal, not a big deal because I had just worked 15 hours and only wanted to sleep. So I turned on the A/C and noticed the thermostat wouldn’t adjust, it was set on 60 degrees, I turned the fan on low and went to bed. I woke up at 3am freezing, it said it was 58 degrees and I was unable to adjust it up. The next morning I reported the problems and asked for another room for the next 2 nights, they said no problem, so I went back to work for 15 hours and returned at night and Hari said they fixed everything, so I went to the room and they had replaced the tv but the thermostat was still not adjustable, I called and Hari said it was fixed, so I went to the front desk and asked for a different room and he told me no, there is nothing wrong with the thermostat. Hari came to the room and tried to so me how stupid I am and proceeded to push on the thermostat for a couple minutes before saying I need to call the maintenance guy. He finally reluctantly gave me a different room. I had already paid for 3 nights and didn’t want to find another hotel at 10:30pm. BUT I Will Never Trust MOTEL 6 AGAIN!!!!!
What crappy way to treat someone. Hari is the worst.
