Average stay. Staff welcoming and very polite but need additional customer service training. For example, staff did not appear to be informed about my reservation when I arrived at the guest house. Another example, while I applaud efforts to conserve energy, the guest house lobby and hallways were very dark, even in the evenings, which made it challenging to unlock and lock the door to my room. Finally, the security dog roamed too freely on the premises upon entry, which was uncomfortable to say the least.
