the pool hot tub and beach areas were excellent and amazingly maintained as well. the only suggestion is about the complimentary breakfast offered on Mondays where everything was completely gone in less than 30 minutes, which failed to serve all guests. the management should account for larger amounts so all guests could enjoy the experience.

Beautiful property (INFESTED Unit)
Beautiful property which is why I was surprised to wake up 78 bites all over my body after 2 days. Eventually My unit was switched but not before having to go out and purchase over $100 worth of products to soothe the bites. This made the rest of my trip quite miserable. I am thankful it happened in my room and not my children’s. Also thankful that we had a washer and dryer to prevent taking anything home with us. Unfortunately the infested unit B is still being used and my bites will have a lengthy healing process. I do hope the issue doesn’t spread and it can be rectified so others won’t have the same experience. The resort itself doesn’t offer much but things to do are close but not walkable.

Really nice family oriented property that was reasonably quiet and well appointed. Nice pool. Nice dock. Nice check in. If you do not need an onsite restaurant and are ok with a family kitchen that is fully stocked this is a premium and nice property.

Resort with Roosters Crowing before sunrise
Very nice resort but has barnyard animals about. Roosters crowing before sunrise. Found a dead pigeon on the stairs. Watch out for the "resort fees" they dont match what Hotels.com says. Girl at check in forgot to mention there is an elevator on the opposite end of the building.

We got a great price on a 3 night stay. The resort was away from most of the action......close to the airport, but Lyft and Uber got us wherever we needed to go for some great prices. Our room was big, clean, and fully outfitted for a much longer stay....full kitchen set-up, plenty of TVs, Wi-Fi, and plenty of parking. Rooster Row.....across the hwy from the resort....was a lil over-rated. Duval St. was awesome!!
