Unfortunately I booked my stay just before the total lockdown in Holland ,so use of the facilities like pool & gym,which was the reason I booked.
All eating was in the room,but as prices was very high,we just took one breakfast,that wasn't very nice.
We asked for just some cutlery later & was denied,which I think in those special circumstances where all restaurants are closed ,they could have been a little more accommodating. We just needed some cutlery.
It was extremely warm in the room & we tried to turn the radiator down,but that didn't work,so we asked if there was some way they could controle the temperature in the room,but they denied any help.
We opened the window at night,as we woke up with headache because of the heat.
The receptionist & other people in charge by the restaurant were not very frienly.
Fortunately the cleaning women were very sweet and friendly,that made the stay reasonable.
If the other staff had been a bit more friendly and accommodating we would have been more happy,as this was very special circumstances,where you pay the normal price & not getting anything in return
