TERRIBLE ATTENTION SINCE ARRIVAL, reception personnel didn’t help or even care, and when asked to call a supervisor they didn’t do it, then after several visits and very upset, I asked for the email of supervisor and GM, and the response was “why?” And NO, incredible! After a few visits to reception trying to solve our problems seems that reservations didn’t do their job either, they , not only they made me wait, several times, then they have their prayers and they of course all leave. And yes, incredibly, nothing was solved.
Not even the printer on the reception worked,
Check-out was as-bad, we had to show the reservations and loose more time so we were not overcharged.
Anyways, tha hotel needs renovation immediately. Huge pool What a shame, marriott shouldn’t have the brand in that property unless training comes their way.
