This is a very convenient location directly across from Termini train station. With that said, it is noisy and busy. Property was well maintained for its age, the only minus was that the air conditioner in the room does not work, it must be controlled centrally I guess, and it was 96 the day I arrived. So, as you can imagine, it was not cool, but warm in the room, probably around the low 80s. It did cool down at night, enough to open the very large window, which made sleeping possible. However, we then had to deal with the noise of the street below, but earbuds helped. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they let me store my bags there for the day, both before check-in and after check-out at no charge, which I thought was quite nice of them. The hotel is secured by a magnetic locking door, with the office directly next door, where they have cameras to monitor everything. You do have to check your key in and out every time you come and go, I assume for security reasons. This may seem a bit inconvenient, but it doesn't take much of your time. All in all a good value and location for the price.
