I didn't realise I was actually booking an airbnb.
They did no cleaning, I had to clean the bath before we used it. We virtually had no tv the whole time we were there(10 nights). We reported this to them 3 times and it took 8 days for somebody to appear. The reception staff were very helpful but were unable to do anything because it was a third party who ran it.
