Excellent hotel! Staff was exceptional, including Arabella and Lucie and the guys on the evening shift. Room was absolutely quiet (facing the courtyard, the only thing I heard were church bells). The bathroom is cool, with the sink looking out into the room, with a separate room for toilet and completely closable shower, not like the half-doors which allow water to shoot on the floor. Location is perfect, across the street from Green Vault and Castle. Zwinger, churches, etc., also very close and walkable.

The bar staff were also helpful. The hotel was in a perfect location. Dresden is a fantastic city. I would highly recommend the hotel.
