Worst service
I travel significantly across Europe for work and this is one of the worst experience's I have had with either and Apartment or Hotel ever.
1. Apartment had not been cleaned when I arrived - did not set a great start but the cleaners were there quickly and apartment put right.
2. Advertised 'With Parking' - picked this one specifically as had a car for my trip - only to be told no parking
3. No clear instructions on actually getting into the apartment block, yes you have a card to scan to enter but no idea where it needs to be scanned.
4. Had to call the contact number around 20 times before someone would answer - upon answering I was just told you need to call office in morning and then the women hung up and would no longer answer - luckily security guard on the apartments showed me what I needed
p.s. that is not the security guards job, this is residential apartments.
5. Information on the back of the door of the apartment is incorrect and out of date. WiFi code is not the correct one for the modem in the apartment - fortunately I know where to look, others will not.
6. Upon advising the company I was not happy, they were not interested, no questions of why or what could be improved.
The apartment and location are excellent, the service and organisation leave a lot to be desired.
