Fair for a motel
My expectations were never high being this was a motel. There were no roaches, but there were neighbors smoking which came through the conjoined door. The room wasn't extremely clean but, could have been worse. The location is excellent. Customer service at the front is pretty good - just don't expect hotel level service. Having my cat there for free was a primary factor in my decision as well as lowest price in the area.

Cheap and you get what you pay for
This hotel has a good location close to the beach, the Ron Jon store, and a bunch of other shopping and restaurants. The building itself is in pretty poor condition, but the room was reasonably clean. The wifi was nonexistent in my first room, so I asked to change and it was pretty marginal in the room I moved to.
