Se reservó para pagar en el hotel pues no me querían dar habitación por qué se les llenó el hotel y mi habitación se ocupó que intentaron hacer cobro sin éxito y le digo pero mi reservación era para pagar a mi llegada no antes y aún así no me marcaron para notificarme que no había habitaciones al final de espera si me dieron una habitación. Nice hotel in a not so great city
The other reviews, that this is a formerly prominent hotel that is trying to make it, are generally accurate. It is a bit far from the more commercial parts of Coatzalcoalcos, but since Coatzalcoalcos is one of the most horrible places I have been in Mexico, its distance is a plus. I stayed for only one night, wish it had been more.
