Worst shower ever. It's a two-foot deep alcove with NO splash covering over the broad entrance; it has only a hand shower, with no wall fixture to stick it on, so you simply use it and then replace it over the hot and cold faucets. Your choice is to be extremely careful and get the bathroom floor only moderately wet or use it freely and flood the floor -- which has no drain. We had a seaside view room on the first of the two-floors, and the view was really quite impressive. We had a narrow balcony, which was fundamentally functional. It is a smallish room; the bed is moderately comfortable but with no extra floor space to speak of. The staff was sort of basically helpful (normally, but not always, including a functional amount of English), but when I came to check out I was told that I had to pay the full amount for the two day stay, and it took several minutes to convince the person behind the counter that I had in fact prepaid. It was impossible to tell if this is a standard technique to see it they can get more money, or a lack of certain computer system ability. The hotel has NO parking area; you have to park moderately nearby and pay about 15 euros per day, or park (purportedly; I did not look into this) a bit further away for free. Breakfast is available for an extra payment; we did not try it. Collioure itself is a fabulously beautiful town, and the hotel is perfectly positioned on the small bay in the central area. We tried a number of eateries, most were adequate.
