Hotel Mocca is situated a few minutes walk from a major shopping street, which is great. It is about 20/25 mins walk into the Main centre of Vienna, with good Train Network (5 mins walk). The hotel was clean and staff were excellent. The decor was tired and in need of a refresh. Breakfast was very basic. Sausage & Egg, a few other bits. Still tasted good and didnt make a difference to us. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend.

Served its purpose
We only used it for one night and it served its purpose. Within walking distance of Westbahnof. A number of cool coffee shops just opposite and an excellent Nepalese restaurant a few metres away.

Smooth check in, very pleased staff. I got great advice as to the parking (the hotel's parking was not available; I was not aware that I had to pre book it. I ended up paying 5E per day). Clean hotel although it needs a decent floor upgrade. Elevator. Bus stop at the front door. Walkable. Very close to the shops and restaurants.

Hotel Mocca is nothing fancy. Quiet hotel with the basics. Breakfast is very good. Good selection of meats, cheeses, cereals and rolls. Close to the bus stops and the metro stop is not far either. The hotel is located near the very popular Mariahilfer Strasse shopping area.

Good basic, clean accommodations in a convenient l
Good basic accomodations, but lacking in amenities. Showers are incredibly small; probably too small for a large person. Staff speaks English and is very friendly. Might be a problem in warmer weather with no a/c and plenty of street noise with windows open. Good breakfast. Some improvements could be made by management at little or no cost. For example, the tv probably has a couple of hundred channels (many blank) but no guide to help you find English language programming. Location is actually quite good.

Room was simple, clean, more like the **standard. I had to block the door with the night table to prevent its rattling when other doors were being closed. The bed and cover were fine the pillow was not (very poor condition). This sleep was average. Location was convenient for me.

Great location, close to Mariahilfstrasse. Clean and spacious rooms, modern furniture, kettle, well equipped bathroom, clean bedding and towels changed daily. Stayed in summer and high temperatures meant that the room was very hot, no aircon so had to keep window open all night, busy junction outside was noisy which did affect sleep a little! Bathroom spotless but shower cubicle oddly small! Overall a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Excellent location. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. Huge shopping areas (Mariahilf strasse) along with a lot of eating options within 5min. Bus stand right outside the door. Above all newly renovated place and super clean. Staff was very friendly and let us leave luggage early in the day before checking in and let us leave luggage after check out since our train was late in the evening. But needed to pick them up before 9pm. Would definitely be my hotel during my next visit.

Near the bus stops, 3-5min walk to the metro
We had a twin room and it’s spacious. The bath area was really cramped. If you’re big you’ll have difficulty bathing because you’ll hit the shower handle. It’s near Billa so food was easy to get.
