Our experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible! We had to switch rooms because the first one was in awful condition. The remotes didn’t work, there were bloodstains on the bed sheets, press-on fingernails on the floor, and eyelash extensions scattered around carpet. The towels had stains, and it was obvious that the room hadn’t been cleaned in weeks—it hadn’t been dusted or mopped at all. To top it off, the Wi-Fi didn’t work. Which we needed as our 11 month old has to get his sleep and vitals monitored overnight.
When we reached out to the front desk, the man there responded with, “Well, you checked in 8 hours ago—how did you barely notice all this? Also, Wi-Fi only works in certain rooms, but how do you just now notice?” It was an unacceptable response! The room should never have been in that condition to begin with, and if that’s the case, why isn’t this disclosed in the hotel description? The customer service was terrible.
We were eventually switched to another room, hoping it would be better—but no! The air conditioner wasn’t working, and the best they could offer was a portable fan. It was completely unbelievable! This place needs to be shut down.
