We truly can't say enough great things about the Boston Harbor Hotel. Even from the time of booking they were able to answer all of my questions, had a virtual concierge service available at our fingertips, and they bent over backwards for our 9 month old daughter to ensure we had all her needs met, from a great crib in the room, to extra towels, toys, toiletries, and more. We forgot our phone chargers and the hotel loaned us some for the week. Ice was delivered right to our room on demand, the list goes on. Oh, and the room service menu was divine. The best pancakes we've ever had. It was a little more than we would normally spend on a hotel but it was worth EVERY penny. The location was perfect, especially for us to get to attractions like the aquarium, children's museum, Martin's park, and the Greenway was right at our front door. I didn't associate Boston with being such a kid-friendly city but we already can't wait to go back when our daughter is a little older. Don't hesitate, book this hotel!
