Terrible stay!
I’m very disappointed by this stay, when we chose the hotel we felt confident that we selected the right place because of such great photos and reviews. Once we checked in, we saw that this place was very dirty and outdated but we understood. Once we made it to the room at 9:00 pm. Our room had no AC working, the room had stains in the curtains, the furniture was very old and the carpet also with stains, sofabed very overused and had ripped sheets. Overall the hotel looked not clean like a hotel that is rated 4 stars. I got stacked in the elevator while going to the lobby after hearing that the AC had the water off. I needed my wife and babies to get ready for bed and rest after a busy day. After waiting like 40 minutes, I asked to be changed to another room, but they didn't offer me that option. The next day, I also had to wait for an elevator for 20 min because they didn't work. How this can happen in a hotel rated as a resort with extra fees and where kids go alone to the elevators? Staff were understanding because you can't hide that there are a lot of things not working with this property. I know that the hotel needs an upgrade but it is not an excuse to sell a room dirty, with no AC, and also charge parking and resort fees.
