Terrible experience
This hotel was a terrible choice. The staff was rude, and the restaurant was so-so. We got a much worse room than we thought we booked. The room had no view and looked more like a cell with one tiny window high up on the wall, not a hotel room.
Even though we paid for additional guests (two adults and two children, so 40$ extra per child), the extra beds were not made. When we asked for them to be made, the staff handed us the sheets and we had to do it ourselves. We also had to ask for extra towels, the bathroom mat was also missing. The staff was rude and non-responsive to requests and questions.
The so called private beach are large rocks in the water and one cannot enter the water, so one can only watch the waves. There is no shade whatsoever that is adequate so there is nowhere to rest or relax during the day. The only redeeming feature of this hotel is the view (if one is lucky to stay in a room with a view). For us, it was a thoroughly unpleasant stay. We were made unwelcome and undesired guests. When we tried to discuss this with the staff, they were rude and unresponsive. When we complained, the manager hung up on us in response
