Property isn't ADA compliant. The guest rooms are upstairs and there's no elevator or ramps, so I my 79-year old mom had to go up and down the stairs with difficulty. At least she's still able to walk. If she had been on a wheelchair, there was no way we could've stayed.
The roof had multiple leaks whenever it rained so there were puddles of water covered by towels. Being that the floor was tiled, if a new puddle formed and you didn't see it, you could slip and fall. This happened both in the common areas upstairs and inside the room. I advised the front desk about the room leak and they said they'd look into it but didn't do anything.
Lastly, the staff holiday party happened during our stay and the music was so loud that the floor was vibrating. This wen't on until 1AM and although I spoke to the front desk about it in four separate times, they refused to lower the volume of the music. I asked to speak to someone higher up and was told that there were no managers on site. We weren't asking for the party to end, only to have the music lowered so that the guests (you know, the people who keep them in business) could sleep. The next day they offered us a voucher for free breakfast which we refused because we needed sleep, not free food.
The only good thing about the place is that it's very clean. The building and furniture are old and definitely need updating but you could eat off the floor... unless there was a water puddle.
