Check-in was poor. If you want to check in before 4:00, there is a $35 charge. We arrived around 12:45 and were told this but were also told if we came back around 2:30 or 3:00, she’d check us in without a fee. So we went to the hotel restaurant, spent a few hours and $100 and came back at 2:45. A man was at the desk with the woman and he refused to check us in, despite what his colleague said. Another colleague appeared and told him to check us in and he still refused. After I ranted, he called his boss who said to check us in. He did so reluctantly and rudely. At the same time, a woman in a wheelchair was trying to check in. They started waiting on her, then took a phone call and ignored her for five minutes or more. Awful customer service.
