We recently stayed at Holiday Resort Lombok, and it was a mixed experience.
The staff were friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome. Our room was cleaned every day and the pool areas were nice.
However, our stay was disrupted by several loud, unannounced private events that went on late into the night. We also had issues with our food orders; despite the staff repeating them back to us, we often received the wrong dishes. The food was not very tasty and sometimes even cold.
On top of this, many non-guests visited the pools with their kids every day, and they were being quite noisy and splashy, making it hard to relax for the hotel guests. There were no adult-only areas, not even the hotel’s Beach Club.
Overall, there is potential, but the noise and food issues really affected our stay. There were some really nice neighboor hotels, and i would suggest going there instead.
