Clean enough.
Bathtub, which i deliberately paid extra for, had no plug, so could not be used. Went to reception three days in a row and asked for one. Staff seemed consistently confused about what a drain plug was, or why I would want one. Eventually was told someone would bring it "tomorrow", three "tomorrows" in a row. I never got one. I left a note for cleaning staff. Note disappeared, no plug. Why give customers a bathtub if you're not allowed to use it?
