All okay, but some issues had to be resolved
The hotel looks great and cozy, with comfortable “living room” settings in lobby and each floor’s elevator lobby.
The rooms are okay, but nothing more than that. Beds are not too comfortable for heavier persons (90kg plus) as they are too soft.
The 5th floor hallway smells strange, like mould, and room 517 smelled the same. After sleeping one night there, we couldnt stand the smell any longer and asked for another room, which was provided promptly. The next room 525 also had a peculiar smell but at least not like mould.
The breakfast was okay, not too many choices of cold dishes but at least continental standard warm dishes (egg, sausage, bacon). We booked the room with breakfast included trough hotels.com but this didnt show up in the hotel’s system, however after discussing the issue during check in, the hotel still decided to provide us the breakfast for free. Thank you.
