Pro: The price is affordable, its safe, nice neighborhood, free parking, nice customer service, considered clean. Const: shared bathroom, noisy as you can hear traffics, the bed and chair is very basic and not comfy. Shared heather/AC. Recommendations: Upgrade window with dual pane to reduce noise, buy better mattress and chair.

It was as advertised. It's not the "Century Plaza Hotel", but if that price who would expect it to be! The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the remote control television was clear with many channels to choose from, and the manager was friendly and helpful. There are clean, shared bathrooms. The one night that I stayed there I used the bathroom three times, not once did anybody else appear while I was in there.

Great stay!
Very friendly staff, very clean room and bathroom. Super comfortable bed. It feels more like a luxury hostel. My room had a bathroom but they had many different sleeping rooms with shared bathrooms. I loved the photos of the lifeguards of Santa Monica! As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe. Nicely tucked away in a residential neighborhood.

Where do I start, this place is an absolute dumpster fire. The rooms are a 10 x 10 square room no bathroom. The bathroom is down the hall and shared with the entire hotel. The shower after getting over the fact that it’s a shared shower throughout the hotel did not have any hot water, not a hotel this is a crackhead rehab house converted to a “hotel “do not stay here, ever for any reason. Just go sleep on the sand at the beach you’ll be better off. You’ll thank me for it.
