The staff did try hard, but there was a massive lack of communication. We confirmed 2 weeks prior for a car service to get us from the airport, and that never showed. After waiting 30 minutes (after flying for 8 hours) we opted to take a taxi. When we got to the hotel, it was beautiful and everyone tries hard, but it just wasn't great. When we got to our room, I asked the person where the safe was and they looked around the whole room and didn't find it so said they could bring one up - they never did, but we did find one under the TV. It took four times asking and over an hour to get a bucket of ice up to our room. It took three times asking to make sure we were able to get a ride back to the airport when leaving. At breakfast, after sitting down and getting our coffee, when we went up to get the buffet, someone cleared our entire table. They were diligent! It took another 15 minutes to get coffee again, not a huge problem but annoying for sure. After that we tried to stagger one of us going up for food at a time but even then they would clear the whole place setting and not replace the silverware. We were given coupons to use for the spa but they only accepted one even though we had two people doing two different services. I don't know why they would give us six coupons but only let you use one. Lots of little first world inconveniences and communication errors. For the money, we will not go back there.
