So I get there a little after 11. The receptionists walked out right then and I had to be checked in by this kiosk where I was talking to a lady from California. Folks, 11 is no late hour! Can’t you keep the receptionist there longer? Also, if they see I am here, couldn’t they stick around for one more customer. Someone in California can’t tell me where the elevators are, for example. Neither can they sell me a water from the fridge. It is truly absurd that a place has the money to outsource check in to a machine yet doesn’t even have a vending machine there in the lobby! All I saw was a fridge from which it required a person on site to sell you the water, Coke, or other drink! Truly hilarious. I just went to bed. Quality Inn down the street has a real, live wiggling person for a receptionist. I don’t give a smash if he has an Indian accent…..
