Overall would recommend Splendid Premium Hotel for the quality customer service, the great location, and the solid breakfast. Everyone we encountered from the reception staff to the room cleaners have been incredibly helpful and hard working. The towels were lush and comfortable, beds clean. That said, I think our room (206) was a little sad - it’s a room without a window and no decor, you could see some general wear, and the floors, tub, and toilet could have used some attention to detail - all acceptable, but could have been cleaner. Maybe the other rooms are better. All that said, we would recommend for quality customer service and location alone, with a small heads up to have measured expectations of a hotel with some wear and tear that could use some updating.

What the property lacked in facilities, which they are in the midst of renovating, the staff truly made up for. As we only slept there is was fine for us. The hotel is close to the Old Quarter for easy access for walking and eating. Looking forward to seeing the hotel completed on our next holiday.

Great hotel in the old quarter . The location of the hotel is amazing. A walking distance from numerous main attraction points . Our room was well-appointed, very comfortable and clean. The bed was perfect with quality linens. Dining room was lovely, great views, plentiful selection for breakfast. A great rooftop bar & Swimming Pool overlooking the city . And the Splendid Premium Hotel really excells with its staff, they were all exceptional, professional and helpful. A beautiful experience.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war nach ein paar Schwierigkeiten, als Folge des Taifuns, die aber nach ca. einer Stunde behoben waren angenehm! Sehr aufmerksames Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück! Die Geschäftsführung hat sich persönlich entschuldigt für die Unannehmlichkeit! Das einzige Manko ist der Schrank im Zimmer, der unpraktisch ist, um die Bekleidung unter zubringen, Hemden und Tshirts, Unterwäsche! Sonst ist die Lage des Hotels sehr gut, um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Die Aussicht von der Dachbar ist schön. Die Auswahl der Getränke könnte etwas besser sein, aber okay! 1

Staff were exceptional and a big shout out to Ms Van who is just adorable and all the other reception staff. . I would absolutely recommend this hotel to families travelling to Hanoi.
