The hotel is in a great location, making it ideal for tourists!
The staff is very friendly and kind, which we really appreciated.
We were lucky to stay on a high floor with an amazing view! The room was quite basic, but the stunning view made up for it.
However, there were a few things I didn’t like:
1. Breakfast:
It was disappointing. There were no fruits or yogurts, and the options were very limited. Each day, the menu was exactly the same, so if you stay more than three days, it gets repetitive and frustrating.
Additionally, anything beyond tea or filter coffee (like a cappuccino) is considered an extra charge, which I found surprising.
2. Elevators:
Only two out of three elevators were working, which caused significant delays, especially during peak hours. For a 13-floor hotel, this can become quite frustrating.
In the evenings, the same elevators are used by guests heading to the bar, further increasing the wait times.
3. Deposit refund:
It’s been a week, and I still haven’t received my deposit back. Should I be worried?
Aside from these issues, it’s a nice hotel overall, and the location and view are its standout features!
