We found the Elia on Expedia and all the reviews were excellent, I can honestly say the reality was just as good, if not better. The room was a lovely size, a massive comfortable bed, and a quite frankly brilliant shower. The greatest USP of the Elia is the staff, the lady who organised the breakfasts is really lovely and explained all the various breakfast dishes to us, lovely freshly squeezed orange juice and a spotless breakfast room. The reception staff helped us find great places to visit, where to find the bus the Chania and local places to eat. They are all a tremendous asset to the hotel.

Amazing experience at this lovely hotel. The staff who work there are so friendly and polite and can’t do enough for you. The room was spacious, modern, clean and very well decorated.
