Check in was a joke. The receptionist couldn’t even tell me the pool hours and told me about a pool that was supposed to be open but was under renovations. And pools close too early and are not heated. Stayed here one night and had room service come in while we were gone which I thought was weird and an invasion of privacy. Had to call multiple times to the front desk for them to pick up and when the phone was answer the guy said “yes”?! Like I am a bother. Overall not a good experience. Hotel is beautiful but the staff and amenities need some serious help.

Good thing about the Level is you have your own check in desk, on The Level between ground floor and 1st (might have been better if this is communicated better before you arrive in case there is a queue at check in). Very friendly staff when I checked in and I had a large, clean and fresh double room overlooking the harbour. Breakfast in the Level room was excellent each day and it was a struggle to stop eating! As it’s by the beach, great views of the sea when relaxing by the pool and then the harbour when the sun has moved round in the afternoon. Back in Alicante in the summer and looking forward to staying here again.

Great stay for three nights. We stayed on the Level side. Unfortunately remodeling started in the lobby area directly under our room the first day so the hammering during the day was not enjoyable. Otherwise the staff is great, views of the sea and location are ideal.

This is a high quality hotel which has very well trained staff During my staff, one part of the hotel was being renovated and upgraded, and despite those renovation works, the staff worked hard to maintain the high level of service - and the hotel was still very clean and tidy

Excellent all round experience, only downside was the very uncomfortable fold down bed in the junior suite, would suggest a better mattress.
