Average accommodation, NOT 4 STAR.
1. Despite reception having staffed hours the staff are often away and you need to phone them.
2. After 7 nights stay had to request room servicing.
3. Given the minimum number of everything, 5 guests, eg. 5 pillows, 5 cups, 5 plates, 4 towels etc.
4. When requesting 2nd key to apartment was told if we had 2nd key could not get room service daily as they didn’t have another key, this decision was reversed by a different employee a few days later.
5. Only on the 3rd and final week of our stay did we start to receive daily beds pulled up as advertised.
6. Internet/ TV connection is rubbish, need to login and out 3 times to connect to TV.
7. Garage key fobs are hit and miss, 1 worked, 1 didn’t.
8. On arrival door didn’t lock, had to get staff to show us how to jiggle the door back to allow the lock to engage.
9. Carpet and walls marked/ stained.
10. Toilets and bathroom sinks NOT cleaned during entire 3 week stay.
11. Parking is not allocated to the particular apartment, drive around basement carpark to find one advertised for hotel use. Parking space sizes can vary due to storage cages.
12. Pool was lovely.
