My stay here was absolutely amazing. There were two of us the weekend before Thanksgiving and there was only one other couple there! The rooms are spacious, clean, and the view on the bay is gorgeous to wake up to and watch sunsets. Cyril was incredibly friendly and helpful in recommending restaurants and beaches to go to, and was a great host overall. He makes fresh croissants, baguette, and a fruit bowl for breakfast with great local jams. The stay had a private villa feel with amenities and services you receive in a larger hotel. I highly recommend this for any type of vacation -- family, couple, single and a relaxing or adventurous one. When I go back to St. Martin I will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful place, super clean and super new, with all the amenities available. We enjoyed the relaxed pace of bed and breakfast in a family business environment, without sacrificing the high end service. The big balcony view is amazing.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location was great- near the Pinel ferry, and a short drive to Grand Case and other beaches.

Great and Cozy

Cyril and Marie-Julie, the owners, could not have been better hosts. They were wonderful and very helpful to us when we had a medical emergency. Wish we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend then and their "boutique" hotel.

Villa Jwi Lavi was a very convenient location for what we wanted to do in St. Martin. Cyril was friendly, kind, and helpful in recommendations for our short stay- we did not have the opportunity to meet Marie-Julie. The property is well-appointed with thoughtful touches. We appreciated the breakfast each morning. We would stay again. Thank you to Cyril and Marie-Julie for creating a lovely hotel!

The property is very clean and newly built with 5 units, 3 with excellent ocean views to St. Barts. The pool is heated. The owner/manager lives upstairs and is very attentive. The best aspect is the location, aside from having great views, is only 2 minutes from the boat or kayak rental to Pinel island or a large supermarket and shopping area, 3 minutes from Grand Case airport, 5 minutes from beautiful Orient Bay beach, and 5 minutes from Grand Case and it’s great restaurants. It’s highly recommended.

The perfect place on St Martin

A great host in Cyril and Marie-Julie. They make sure that everything is perfect all around and give great insight into local things to do. A short drive to great attractions like Orient Bay and Grand Case. A very quiet and relaxing environment at Villa Jwi Lavi. A perfect location for relaxing experience. Definitely going to be a place stay while visiting St Martin.

a well designed and thought out property. very charming owners, who are happy to share useful information about the island. delicious (french) continental breakfast, with fresh breads and local jams. feels like home... or a quaint bed and breakfast.

Great value. This is a brand new property and everything is well planned and of great taste/quality. Location is really good, with access to several restaurants and close to popular sightseeing places. The owners are very hospitable and made us feel at home.
