Check in and out problems.
When we booked this hotel, it was a Sheraton however in the last couple weeks it turned into a best Western. They had a lot of trouble with the check in and ended up making us pay again and then had to deal with Hotels.com to get refunded from them. There were several problems with the first room so they had to move us. Then at checkout they couldn’t even print us a receipt and we still don’t know the final bill. They said they would email it to us but that was six days ago. The staff were friendly, but I think this turn over to a best western is causing a lot of problems as I did hear some other people talking about a problem at check in as well. . It looked like they are trying to do some upgrades or maintenance on the place, but it does need it.
