The front desk person was not polite, warm or helpful. While she wasn’t rude, she didn’t make me feel welcome. Basic check-in details, like showing me where the elevator was or providing directions to my room, were completely overlooked. She didn’t use courteous phrases like ‘please’ or ‘thank you,’ and I wasn’t informed about the parking charge at all. Overall, the interaction felt transactional rather than customer-friendly.
I wish I could remember her name as I feel some people are not suited for some types of jobs but I do not remember. I travel a lot and have experience some great, ok, disappointing, and bad costumer service. This fits into the disappointing bucket.
For that, I will not return to this property.
