For a private beach i thought it was pretty weird to charge for use of the beach chairs, especially $10 a day. Especially when you pay an almost $10 daily resort fee. The laundry facilities were outside of the property, so not much security there. You also had to pay $1 for laundry detergent, $1.50 for the washing machine, and $2 for the dryer, all of which are outdated and the dryer requires you to run it twice for full loads. If you’re parking a car, there’s a fee for that too. And, it’s a shared parking garage with the next door hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms and bed were nice, ac was great, bathroom was clean, and the every other day housekeeping was nice. When you’re walking through the hallway you can hear people in their rooms, but we never heard anyone while in our room. No smoking on the balcony and you had to walk to the end of the parking garage for a smoking session. Only cable on the TV as well, but maybe I am just use to the streaming freedom at AirBnBs. The elevator was a bit sketchy for such a new building. I think for the price compared to other places near here the quality was good. I would stay here again in the future, we aren’t too picky. We slept good, had a nice pool, private beach access, and had a nice cool room each day.
