During my stay, one of the elevators was not working and this was a huge inconvenience. Imagine what it must be like to wait 15-20 minutes to go up to your room and then, on several occasions, the elevator would not respond to the call because there was a dispute between guests and staff.
Another problem was that after my first day, I went out to walk around the city and when I returned (after 4 pm), my room was not cleaned. I asked the front desk and also the maid who was in the hallway to clean the room because I was going out again. She made a note of it and still did not cleaned it. When I returned, the room was still a mess and to make matters worse, I discovered that the telephone was broken.
And finally, I had a package to be delivered to the hotel that did not arrive on time. I left instructions with all the front desk staff that if it arrived, they were to refuse it and return it to the sender. Even with the warning, they received it and did not return it.
