The property was good overall—the bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. I had booked a two-bed room for two adults and two kids. However, when I checked in, they didn’t inform me that the room only had one bed and a couch. Additionally, there were only two towels provided.
The swimming pool also didn’t have towels, so I went to the front desk to address the issue. They said the bed situation was a problem with hotels.com and advised me to contact them directly. As for the towels, they said they didn’t have any more available for either the room or the swimming pool.
The front desk staff always seemed annoyed. I wasn’t expecting VIP treatment, but it would have been nice to feel at least a little welcome.
